If you’re in the market for a new mattress, now is the time to go shopping!
“The Labor Day sale is always one of the biggest of the year — all of the mattress manufacturers have rolled back their prices. In our store, every single mattress is on sale,” says Joshua Rigsby from Everett’s ESC Mattress Center.
Prices are set by the manufacturers, so you won’t find a better deal by shopping around. But that doesn’t mean every store is the same. Quality selection, knowledgable staff, free at-home trials and other services can make a big difference to your shopping experience — and help you sleep better at night!
“We hand-pick every bed in our store,” says William Wellauer, co-owner of ESC Mattress Center. “We’re constantly doing market research online, monitoring reviews and forums and making note of any consistent complaints from customers. Joshua and I also travel to the biggest mattress conventions in America to test new products and find the best options for our customers in Everett.”
These conventions feature multiple floors in multiple hotels filled with mattresses — an overwhelming prospect for the average consumer, but Joshua and William are adept at finding quality. They select the best soft, medium and firm mattresses available for under $1,000, $1,500, and other price points so they can recommend the best of the best to their clients.
“Sometimes we don’t choose anything, because the quality’s not there,” William says.
That means every bed in ESC Mattress Center is one that William and Joshua have selected themselves, which makes the shopping experience very different from a big box chain where products are chosen by an anonymous team far from the local store.
Labor Day sale on now until Sep. 13!
Shopping at a local, family owned business means you’re directly connected to the decision-makers — Joshua and William not only select every mattress for the store, they can also adapt quickly to customer requests.
“We don’t need to call head-office to ask for special permission, which means we can offer more creative solutions,” Joshua says.
Supporting a local business also means supporting the local community. ESC Mattress Center is a proud Donation Location for Clothes for Kids and also sponsors an annual clothing drive during an Everett Silvertips home game.
William, Joshua and the rest of the non-commissioned ESC Mattress staff have decades of experience to help you find a bed that matches your sleep style, budget and expectations. Visit the store until Sep. 13 for excellent prices on every mattress in the store during their Labor Day sale!
