This letter is regarding the staff in the pharmacy at the Freeland Rite Aid store.

I’ve want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the outstanding services performed by the entire staff there.

I know most of them by name because they consistently offer such competent service and assistance to me and their other customers.

I’d like to recognize: Justin, Mystic, Tatum, Robin, Tiffany, Chris and Joel for their tireless and very patient service.

Each of them on a daily basis takes care of each customer’s needs with a level of professionalism — patience and tact — that even the few disgruntled ones feel the personal touch offered to them because of the warm welcomes they greet you with along with their sense of humor.

There are not enough ”Thank you’s” to express how fortunate we are to have all of you at our local Rite Aid pharmacy in Freeland.

The next time you’re in the pharmacy at our Freeland Rite Aid store to pick up or drop off a prescription, take the time to say, “Thank you for your excellent service.” That will mean a lot to them.
