The PBY Memorial Foundation will hold its monthly luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the CPO Club on Ault Field Road in Oak Harbor.

Guest speaker will be Lt. John Dyer of the Oak Harbor Police Department. Dyer has served in the US Marine Corps and has been with the police department more than 27 years. Dyer, currently the patrol lieutenant, graduated from the FBI academy and holds degrees in organizational management and law enforcement.
