Raytheon Company has presented Lt. Joshua Hattery the Airborne Electronic Attack Integration Award for his efforts while serving in VAQ-139 at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island.

The award was created to recognize outstanding efforts in the integration of diverse airborne electronic attack systems. Recipients are commended for their ability to coordinate with various owners and users to increase electronic warfare effectiveness.

“With a heritage of developing advanced electronic warfare system technology, Raytheon is dedicated to recognizing outstanding achievements in electronic warfare effectiveness,” said Nick Uros, vice president for Raytheon’s Next Generation Jammer program. “It’s an honor to salute Lt. Hattery for his contributions and commitment to improving airborne electronic attack systems.”

Lt. Hattery was presented the Airborne Electronic Attack Integration Award on Aug. 20,  during the Airborne Electronic Attack Ball, one of many events held during AEA Week at NAS Whidbey.
