Rob Schouten Gallery presents “ADORNMENT,” the Jewelry Show, through March 2. WHIDBEY CHILDREN’S THEATER postpones “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang” to Friday, Feb. 27. The show runs the weekends of Feb. 27 through March 1 and March 6-8.
