Thursday, Jan. 28

At 7:11 a.m., a Atalanta Way resident reported that a vehicle was stolen.

At 8:35 a.m., a West Whidbey Avenue resident reported she was “robbed” and her pills were stolen.

At 8:41 a.m., a woman reported that her son may have a gun at Oak Harbor High School. The boy was found outside of school and no gun was located.

At 2:58 p.m., a caller on Southeast Cabot Drive reported that a person was in the bathroom for three hours.

At 3:35 p.m., a caller on Southeast Cabot Drive reported that the “ex” is trying to take baby and was physical with grandmother.

At 4:27 p.m., a driver reported that someone pounded on the car window and then followed in a vehicle.

At 7:39 p.m., a Northwest Cathlamet Drive resident reported that someone in the backyard was shining a light in the windows.

At 10:17 p.m., a caller reported that a person dressed in black was walking around in circles on South Oak Harbor Street.

Friday, Jan. 29

At 5:35 a.m., a burglary was reported on Southwest Kimball Drive.

At 12:26 p.m., a resident reported that the caller’s son and dog were attacked by two dogs on Southwest Kaleeton Loop.

At 12:48 p.m., there was a report that two sheds were broken into on Northwest Second Avenue.

At 4:24 p.m., a caller on Northeast 16th Avenue reported that prowlers were hiding inside a vehicle.

At 7:01 p.m., a caller reported that the windows were busted out of the “Girl Scout Hut” on Southeast Fourth Avenue.

Saturday, Jan. 30

At 12:37 p.m., a Southeast Sixth Avenue resident reported that three teenagers outside were yelling and taunting after two cars revving engines were asked to leave.

At 2:14 p.m., a caller reported that someone was lying on the grass along the highway.

At 3:48 p.m., there was a report that the faucet was broken off of a drinking fountain on City Beach Street and water was flowing out.

Sunday, Jan. 31

At 5:59 a.m., a caller on Northwest Longview Drive reported being held at gunpoint. Detectives are investigating the case.

At 9:16 a.m., a witness reported that a car pulled over on Southeast Ely Street and the occupant tried to “jump” a teenager.

Monday, Feb. 1

At 9:13 a.m., a Swantown Avenue resident reported that a subject walks down his street and calls him derogatory names.

At 7:59 p.m., an Oleary Street resident with possible mental health issues reported that her niece switched her cats, her parents “frauded” her accounts and her brother switched out her electronics.

At 6:56 p.m., there was a report that a car hit a pedestrian on the highway and the pedestrian seemed disoriented.
