Sunday, Jan. 24
At 3:12 a.m., a Southeast 11th Avenue resident reported laughing, loud music and drinking outside.
At 8:56 a.m., a caller reported that a subject with “eyes glazed over” was walking around town.
At 10:30 a.m., a Crosby Avenue resident reported that someone threw a rock through the front window.
At 2:17 p.m., a caller reported that a driver ran over the curb and almost struck a pedestrian on Southwest Erie Street.
At 8:40 p.m., there was a report of two people fighting in the middle of Northeast 16th Avenue.
Monday, Jan. 25
At 8:04 a.m., a man reported that he can’t reach his wife. He said his wife helped him do everything, including making a baby and believing in God. He said he’s concerned that the “wrath of God is coming.” He said he has no judgment but “just wants to get his house clean.”
At 9:46 a.m., a caller reported that a small car was ramming another car in a parking lot on South Beeksma Drive.
At 11:04 a.m., a caller asked for law enforcement help in going to an Oleary Street home. The caller guarantees there will be an assault.
At 12:04 p.m., a caller reported that a man was lying in the grass on the side of the highway with grocery bags around him.
At 12:18 p.m., a caller on Barrington Drive reported something happened in Oak Harbor.
At 12:20 p.m., an Osprey Street resident reported a domestic assault. The caller’s uniforms were thrown outside.
At 4:03 p.m., there was a report of a baby locked inside a vehicle at a community center on Egret Drive. Navy security was trying to open the car with a “slim jim” but having difficulty.
At 9:39 p.m., a caller reported that a subject was sleeping on business property on Midway Boulevard.
Tuesday, Jan. 26
At 9:50 a.m., a Kalama Loop resident reported that a piggy bank full of money and prescription medication were stolen.
At 9:59 a.m., a Tahoe Street resident reported that a woman was screaming while trying to get a baby out of a moving car.
At 10:12 a.m., a caller reported that a woman was living out of a van in a parking lot on Southeast Ely Street.
At 11:44 a.m., a caller at a Highway 20 business reported that an employee was assaulted by a homeless person.
At 12:10 p.m., a employee at a Southeast Pioneer Way business reported that a customer attempted to use a counterfeit $100 bill.
At 1:34 p.m., there was a report of four men drinking beer and littering on South Beeksma Drive.
At 2:08 p.m., an employee at a Highway 20 location reported that someone passed a counterfeit $100 bill.
At 2:44 p.m., a caller reported that a car hit a meter on Northeast Seventh Avenue and gas was spilling out.
At 3:30 p.m., a driver reported that a dead animal was in a crosswalk on West Whidbey Avenue.
At 4:54 p.m., a caller reported that a woman on Southwest 24th Avenue was hitting a dog.
At 7:15 p.m., a caller at a Highway 20 store reported that a man was “on something,” “talking about galactic stuff” and wandering around the business being disruptive.
At 7:46 p.m., a Southwest 10th Avenue resident reported that two firearms were stolen from his residence.
At 11:41 p.m., a woman on Oak Harbor Road reported that someone broke into her house and stole her cat.
Wednesday, Jan. 27
At 12:48 a.m., a Northwest Atalanta Way resident reported that a man was knocking at the door for an hour and a half.
At 1:45 a.m., a Northwest First Avenue resident reported hearing thumping in her attic.
At 1:51 a.m., a caller reported that homeless people were camped out on Koetje Street.
