Friday, Jan. 23

At 10 a.m., a State Highway 525 resident reported a large white goat in his front yard.

At 11:21 a.m., a Hamilton Drive resident reported that someone may be poisoning animals in his neighborhood.

At 11:59 a.m., a Highway 525 resident reported that the goat was still in his yard.

At 5:07 p.m., a caller reported that a man in camo was carrying a rifle on Sills Road.

Saturday, Jan. 24

8:30 a.m., a West Beach Road resident reported that someone had smashed in the back door of the house.

At 9:29 a.m., a Solar Way resident reported that someone spray-painted the yard.

At 2:13 p.m., there was a report that a man fell out of a kayak and was yelling for help near the Oak Harbor Marina.

Sunday, Jan. 25

At 12:45 a.m., a man on Longhouse Lane reported that a woman came at him with a handsaw, he picked up a baseball bat and the woman went back inside.

At 12:19 p.m., a caller reported that a woman ran in front of her car on Scenic Avenue and flipped her off. The woman was “screaming into the air” and carrying luggage.

At 8:37 p.m., a caller reported that he was at Fort Ebey State Park earlier and people were making “tapping gestures” toward him. He said they think he is someone who he is not. He called back the next day and said that it was a flash mob targeting gays.
