My wife and I, along with friends, attended the “Musical Tribute to Veterans” program sponsored by the Navy League, at the Oak Harbor High School on Veterans Day.

Thanks to all who made this such a heartwarming, moving, patriotic event.

Of special note were all the letters written by third and fourth graders expressing their gratitude to their military parents, loved ones and veterans in general.

Broadview teacher Renee Hall guided this beautiful and touching project.

What a great example she has set for all children. Let us always remember our veterans especially the fallen and remember, “All Gave Some, Some Gave All.”
