“Miss Billie” retires after 43 years helping raise Whidbey children

Celebrate Billie Tull’s more than four decades as a teacher and child care provider when she retires at the end of the month.

Tull has 43 years of day care experience and 21 of those years have been working at the Teddy Bear Child Care Center in Oak Harbor.

The celebration takes place Tuesday, May 31, 4 to 7 p.m. at Teddy Bear Child Care Center located at 118 NE Kettle St. in Oak Harbor.
