Cove Thai Cuisine opened July 1. Manager and owner Janjira Rattanasint chose Coupeville for the restaurant upon a friend’s recommendation.
After seeing Coupeville, Rattanasint exclaimed, “I love this place.” In her mind, it was the perfect location for a new Thai restaurant.
News of the restaurant is hotter than their panang curry. Mimi Johnson received instant referrals from family and friends. It was no difficult feat to convince her to treat her taste buds to Thai.
“The food was delicious,” she exclaimed, glad she tried it.
The Cove Thai Cuisine is located at 602 N. Main Street, Coupeville. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 4 to 9 p.m. every day. For reservations, call 678-6963.
