The Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival will open with the Art Gallery Opening and Wine Reception, held from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, July 31, at the Coupeville Recreation Hall.
The juried gallery, sponsored by the Pacific Northwest Art School, expects to receive sculpture, woodworking, photography, fiber, watercolor, oil, pastel, mixed media, jewelry and pottery entries. Guests may choose from a selection of wines provided by Bayleaf Deli in Coupeville and Oak Harbor.
Tickets for this event are $12 in advance and $15 at the door on the evening of the reception. Ticket price includes a commemorative logo wine glass.
Advance ticket locations are: Coupeville Lind’s Pharmacy, Red Apple Prairie Center, Windjammer Art Gallery, Coupeville Liquor Store, Pacific Northwest Art School, Miriam’s Espresso, Bayleaf in Coupeville and Oak Harbor, and Wind and Tide Bookstore in Oak Harbor.
Festival visitors not able to attend the Friday evening event may view the juried art display from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 2. The Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival hours on Saturday and Sunday are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
