Five Coupeville High School football players and three soccer players were named first-team all-conference when the Olympic League announced its awards this week.
Senior football players Wiley Hesselgrave (running back), C.J. Smith (wide receiver) and Brendan Gilbert (line) were first-team offensive selections.
Sophomore Hunter Smith, who intercepted a school record seven passes this fall, was honored as a defensive back; and junior Clay Reilly was named the league’s top punter.
Hesselgrave was a first-team linebacker and Hunter Smith honorable mention in 2014
In soccer, senior defender Jennifer Spark, sophomore midfielder/forward Mia Littlejohn and freshman midfielder Kalia Littlejohn were first-team choices.
Kalia Littlejohn scored a Coupeville single-season record 10 goals this fall.
Olympic League volleyball all-conference awards have not been announced.
