Grounded in reality

In Kenneth Wolf’s Feb. 4 letter to the editor, much time is spent discussing an imaginary political party with an imaginary bias against adult cancer survivors. I prefer reality. Our Island County commissioners, Angie Homola and Helen Price Johnson, are both firmly grounded in reality as they carry out the difficult and thankless job of county governance.

I trust their approach to fact-based growth management, county budgeting and prudent planning for the future.

These two hard working commissioners should be re-elected. Let’s not be distracted by imaginary concerns put forward by the same group who brought us our third commissioner.
