SaviBank, a Burlington-based community bank with branches in Island, Skagit and Whatcom counties, expanded its loan office at 390 N.E. Midway Boulevard in Oak Harbor into a full-service bank.

The bank is currently scouting locations for a new, larger building to house the full-service bank and has narrowed the search to four locations in Oak Harbor, said Kari Holmly, senior vice president.
