A celebration of life will be held for Jim Cope at the Washington Athletic Club in Seattle Sunday, April 17, at 2 p.m.
The event is open to the public.
Cope, a 1964 graduate of Oak Harbor High School, earned all-conference honors in three sports and was Oak Harbor’s first all-state football player.
He continued his athletic career at the University of Washington where he set several Husky football records.
Cope died suddenly at his home in Houston March 1.
