Airman Andrew R. Dowling graduated Basic Military Training for the United States Air Force at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, on May 8. He is currently in technical training school at Bolling Air Force Base, D.C., where he is preparing to serve in the Air Force Honor Guard. His first duty station is at Bolling Air Force Base for at least two years.
Andrew, a longtime resident of Oak Harbor, graduated from Oak Harbor High School in 2006. He has a wife and son who will move with him to Bolling Air Force Base shortly. His family and friends couldn’t be more proud of him and thank him for his service.
Air Force Airman Celeste M. Garey graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
She is the daughter of Kathryn and Terrence Garey of N.E. 11th Ave., Oak Harbor, and is a 2004 graduate of Oak Harbor High School.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Celestino is the daughter of Bernard Celestino of Lyndean Lane, Oak Harbor. The airman is a 2005 graduate of Oak Harbor High School.
Air Force Airman 1st Class Willie Lopez graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

He is the son of Luz Lopez of Milwaukee, Wis., and nephew of Aida Martinez of S.E. Fourth Ave., Oak Harbor. The airman graduated in 2006 from Oak Harbor High School.
Navy Seaman RYAN S. COFFMAN, son of Jessica L. Pittman of Everett and Marc A. Coffman of Oak Harbor, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. Coffman is a 2008 graduate of Mariner High School of Everett.
