A 4-3 win at Marysville Getchell Tuesday, May 3, allowed the Oak Harbor High School tennis team to finish the regular season tied for second place in the Wesco North.

The Wildcats (7-3, 8-8) and Stanwood (7-3, 7-6) trailed Arlington (10-0. 14-1) in the race for the North title.

Six of Oak Harbor’s seven conference wins came by one point.

Oak Harbor hosts the divisional tournament at 1 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, May 10 and 11.

Singles: 1, AnnaBelle Whitefoot lost 6-1, 6-0; 1, Tamia Rios lost 6-3, 6-3; 3, Emma Lerch won 6-1, 6-1; 4, Chante Powell won 6-7(6), 6-0, 6-4.

Doubles: 1, Lauren Aspery/Peyton Carlson lost 6-2, 6-2; 2, Brianne Deguzman/Ria Bains won 6-1, 6-0; 3, Emma Watson/Emily Brown won 6-0, 6-1.
