Thursday, May 7

At 3:07 p.m., a caller reported that someone had called claiming she had a computer virus.

At 3:31 p.m., a caller reported that a window was broken at a Park Acres Drive home.

At 5:48 p.m., an East Camano Drive resident called to request that law enforcement talk with a five-year-old about gun safety.

At 7:26 p.m., a Morris Road resident reported 10-15 shots of a “possible small caliber” weapon had been going on for about five minutes.

At 8:42 p.m., a Sonic Lane caller reported that the person hired to clean the house was continually stealing computer equipment.

At 10:37 p.m., a Happy Valley Road resident reported that a female came to her house and accused her of going out with her boyfriend.

Friday, May 8

At 8:59 a.m., a caller reported finding her cat dead in the back yard with a bullet wound.

At 5:30 p.m., a Mount Baker Avenue caller requested information on how to get rid of her dead husband’s guns.

At 7:06 p.m., a caller reported that a vehicle turned in front of the caller’s car at Sharpes Corner and then “started yelling and flipping her off.”

Saturday, May 9

At 5:56 a.m., a caller requested a return call from a deputy to discuss when he’s allowed to call 911, will take up other complaints with administration but wanted to discuss “perimeters for calling in emergencies” with a duty officer.

At 9:36 a.m., a caller reported that she visited her sister on East Camano Drive, they argued, and her sister threw a hot cup of coffee on her.

At 4:35 p.m., caller reported that a man from across the street came over and started “cussing” at him and then punched him in the eye.

At 6:33 p.m., a caller on Adeline Lane called to report gun fire nearby along with “loud booms” over the past few days.

Sunday, May 10

At 9:20 a.m., a caller from a State Route 525 business reported a man in camouflage fatigues “disturbing customers” for the past 30 minutes.

At 10:48 a.m., a caller reported that a van was backing into a driveway near Koontz Road and “it seemed very suspicious for a Sunday.”

At 11:49 a.m., a caller reported receiving emails from a “secret admirer” and other communications from someone looking into her history.

At 2:06 p.m., a caller reported two eagles fighting on Harrison Street and that one fell in the middle of the road and appeared to have a broken wing because it “hit the pavement pretty hard.”

At 6:45 p.m., a caller reported hearing weapons being fired through the wooded area near Alexis Lane.

At 7:49 p.m., a caller reported a 50-foot vessel in the Oak Harbor marina that was “dragging anchor” and was worried the boat would hit the dock.

Monday, May 11

At 2:41 p.m., a caller on Madrona Way reported that “all the telephone poles in the area just shook.”

At 5:58 p.m., a caller on Goldie Road called to ask about the legality of owning a car dealership in the state of Washington.
