The Oak Harbor High School wrestling team kicked off the 2015-16 season by sweeping both ends of a double-dual meet at Shorewood High School Thursday, Dec. 3.
The Wildcats defeated Lynnwood 51-27 and Shorewood 48-30.
Eight of the 14 matches in the Lynnwood contest were forfeited, five to Oak Harbor.
In the Shorewood match, 24 of the Thunderbirds’ 30 team points were the result of Oak Harbor not filling four weight classes.
