Richard “Dick” Lochmiller, 87, passed away peacefully at Careage of Whidbey.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 66 years, Olivia; son Dennis and wife Candy of Spokane, Wash.; son Martin, of Hercules, Calif.; grandson Chad and wife Jessica of Bloomington, Ind.; great-grandson, William Aaron of Bloomington, Ind.; a sister, brother, two nieces, two nephews and many great neighbors and friends.
