Pauline J. Hopkins, long-time Oak Harbor resident, was born Feb. 7, 1921, to Fred and Thelma Brown in Granite, Okla., and entered into rest on Feb. 17, 2007, in Bellingham at the age of 86. A Celebration of Pauline’s Life is being planned and will be announced in a future edition of the Whidbey News-Times . Arrangements have been entrusted to the care and direction of Affordable Burial & Cremation Services, LLC of Mount Vernon. Cards of Condolence may be sent to the family in care of the funeral home.
