Jeffrey Van Den Top, 64, Mount Vernon resident, passed away at home on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2015, following a courageous battle with cancer.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Mount Vernon.
