Our beloved Joyce went to Glory Sept. 9, 2004. She was born June 17, 1922, in Northwich, Cheshire, England, to John and Ethel Ashbrook. She married Glenn Adams April 13, 1946, in Northwich, and they came to Minnesota in July of 1946. They lived there until moving to Oak Harbor in September 1981.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Glenn; also, two sisters, May Mayho and Hilda Edgeley of Northwich, along with a niece and nephew, David and June Price of England and a nephew, Mark Ashbrook of White Rock, B.C., Canada.

A memorial service will be Monday, Sept. 13, at 2 p.m. at Family Bible Church on Heller Road, Daryl Jacobson officiating. Inurnment will follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery. Arrangements and cremation under direction of Burley Funeral Chapel.
