Steve Doty, 64, passed away with his family by his side on July 12, 2011. He was born in McMinnville, Ore., raised in Port Angeles and spent his last 20 years in Oak Harbor and Mount Vernon.

Steve is survived by his wife of 42 years Shirley; sister, Vicki Williams; son, Derrin (Pamela) Doty; daughter, Andrya (Joe) Corral; and five grandchildren, Allison and Joey Corral, and Deseree, DJ and Thunder Doty. He was reunited in Heaven with his parents Fred and Wilda Doty.

Services will be held at His Place Church, Burlington, on Friday, July 22, at 1 p.m. All are welcome. A second life celebration will be held on Saturday July 30, at 1 p.m. at Dungeness Community Church, Sequim. Memorial donations in his honor are suggested to His Place Church Mission fund.
