Kathy Lou Parrick was born Sept. 27, 1949 to Howard And Beverly Benesch and went to be with Her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ June 21, 2005 after a short battle with cancer. Kathy graduated from Meadowdale High School in 1968. She and her husband Richard lived in Freeland for seven years. They attended the CMA Church in Langley and their son Shane graduated from South Whidbey High School.

She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Richard; her brother, Doug Benesch of Oak Harbor; daughters Shana Thrasher and Wendi Donaldson (husband John); sons, Shane (wife Jennifer) Thrasher, and Steven (wife Heidi) Parrick. Kathy is also survived by her eight grandchildren who she loved so very much, Meghan, Jacob, Austin, Rachael, Nathan, Brandon, Marianna, and Tyler as well as many more family and friends. Kathy was loved by all who knew her.

A memorial service will be held Monday June 27, at 1 p.m. at the Calvary Chapel 9428 4th St SE Lake Stevens, Wa. 98205 followed by a party to celebrate and remember Kathy’s Life.
