Stella Rosina Maggio Holley passed on Aug. 24, in Oak Harbor.

She was 83.

Stella and her husband Hubert raised their children in Titusville, Fla., and were married for 45 years. Stella remained a resident of Titusville until her move to northern Washington in 2012.

Stella was an independent and intelligent woman. She was always very giving and greatly loved her family.

She is survived by her daughter Sandra; son David and his wife Deborah; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She will forever live in our hearts. Until we meet again, Mom.
