Ina Lavon Ford

Ina Lavon Ford, born Sept. 23, 1921, passed on to glory March 29, 2006. Her husband of 60 years misses her but is looking towards Heaven with great anticipation of their soon reunion.

Their children, Harvey, Lewie, and Maile, along with their spouses, have been shown how great of love two people can have on earth for many years. Their grandchildren, Mark, Amy, Tina, Kris, Billy and Pat, with their spouses, have experienced the wonderful love and acceptance that naturally poured out from their grandma and grandpa. And with nine great grandchildren and counting, Mel and Ina considered their lives full and complete and mightily blessed of God. Ina is also survived by her brother, Lew Bacheller, and his family, who all felt the love of God through her. Ina lived a rich life with enthusiasm of proclaiming the love of Jesus to all, especially to children.

Her funeral will be Thursday, April 6, at 11:30 a.m. at Edmonds Open Bible Church at 7th and Daley. Her internment will be at Sunnyside Cemetery in Coupeville with a graveside service on Friday, April 7 at 3 p.m.
