Wonder of wonders! I may have to agree with Mr. Adams and his comments about the intelligence of President Obama. How could the president think he could get anywhere with a recalcitrant Republican majority in the House with the speaker saying, on 60 Minutes, that he does not believe in compromise? Or with the minority leader in the Senate who said the first order of business was to make Obama a one-term president.

Those attitudes preclude almost any action on the part of President Obama that might benefit the middle class at the expense of corporations and their shills in the Republican Party.
