Ninth Avenue. A 57-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.WASHINGTON STATE PATROLThe following items were selected from reports made to the State Patrol:Monday, Dec. 20At 5:05 p.m., a two-car accident was reported on Highway 20 at Race Road. Robert Cook, 55, of Coupeville made a U-turn on Highway 20 in his 1984 Mitsubishi pickup. Cook struck a southbound 1985 Mazda driven by 61-year-old Kenneth Hart of Coupeville nearly head-on. Cook sustained a bruised nose and Hart sustained a bruised right knee.Tuesday, Dec. 21At 3:45 p.m., a three-car, rear-end accident was reported on Highway 20 near Gainesburough Road. There were no injuries.”
