As a past member of the Coupeville school board, I had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Nancy Conard for 11 years, and during that time, I found Nancy to be one of the most dedicated, hardworking and competent individuals I have ever worked with.

Nancy’s experience as the business manager for the Coupeville school district and her experience as the Mayor of Coupeville will serve us well in Olympia. Nancy has the ability to communicate and work with a diverse group of people. She is a consensus builder, listens to all sides of an issue and, in the end, is not afraid to make the tough decisions.

Anything that Nancy commits herself to, she does so with integrity, hard work and thoughtfulness. We need her in Olympia working for us.
