The Whidbey Island Bicycle Club will host its annual Cookin’ in the Kettle event Sunday, May 3, at Fort Ebey State Park.

Cookin’ in the Kettles is part of the West Side Mountain Bike Series. Participants can register at www.buduracing.com through 8 a.m. Saturday, May 1. Onsite registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. Sunday.

The event will feature three categories (beginners, sport and expert) with several divisions within each.

The sport event begins at 10 a.m., the beginners at 10:10 a.m. and the experts at 11:30 a.m.
