In reply to “We’re watching Barbara Bailey” (Letters, Jan. 6):
I don’t think I’ve ever read anything as narrow minded and bigoted! It would seem Mr. Kelstrom’s candidate lost the election and he is trying to make a point. The point being the one stated in the first line.
I approve of his scrutiny of our elected officials and that should be on all those elected, but to point out just one person and that person being a Republican, while the whole state from governor on down is Democrat — is everything under their control OK?
I think Mr. Kelstrom should try to broaden his scope in the scrutiny of our elected officials. Looking through a magnifying glass is a great way to look up close, but the narrowness of the focus will thus eliminate a broader and wider view.
