This letter is in response to Teresa Dix’s letter to the editor in the Dec. 29, 2004, Whidbey News-Times.

I’ll be glad to join you in reclaiming public land Teresa Dix, once the liberal left-wing eco-nuts are willing to include letting the public ride dirt bikes, drive 4-wheelers, target shoot guns, ride snowmobiles, ride personal water craft, hunt, fish and enjoy all of the public land, including so-called wilderness areas. We too are the public.
