Feedback: Bull betrays fellow Democrats

What a bunch of “bull!” In my opinion, Gina Bull (D-Oak Harbor) ran under false pretense when she opposed Nancy Conard (D-Coupeville) in the primary election for the position of State Representative of the 10th District.

What a bunch of “bull!” In my opinion, Gina Bull (D-Oak Harbor) ran under false pretense when she opposed Nancy Conard (D-Coupeville) in the primary election for the position of State Representative of the 10th District. She claimed to be a Democrat. Her supporters must have surly felt betrayed when she (Bull) joined forces with Republican Chris Strow by accepting the position as his chief aide.

It is true our Representatives, of whatever political persuasion, should work together for the good of our county, state and ultimately our country. Gina Bull, if she were a true Democrat, could have aligned herself with one of the many Democrats in Olympia, while cooperating, when appropriate, with others.

Her decision added to the injustice of the negative, actually false, statements made by Chris Strow supporters against Mayor Nancy Conard.

Mayor Nancy Conard can be proud of herself. She ran an honest, positive and informative campaign. She is a winner. Chris Strow may hold the position of State Representative, but in my opinion, he is a loser, along with his chief aide, Gina Bull.
