Howard E. Little, born in Seattle, Wash., on Nov. 18, 1920, passed away peacefully at his home in Edmonds, Wash., on March 3, 2015.
Howard was the son of Leona Libbey Little, of Coupeville, and Frank Little, and grandson of Joseph Barstow Libbey and Marietta Cook Libbey.
He was a graduate of Roosevelt High and attended the University of Washington.
He served in the Air Force during WWII and the Korean War. After that he worked for the federal government for 30 years, negotiating contracts between the Navy and Boeing for aircraft.
He was an avid fisherman and golfer, enjoyed building and carving.
He is survived by his daughters, Katlaina Rayne (Jerome Rosen) and Susan Gardner (Fred); two grandchildren, Christine Nordstrom (Jeff) and Russell Luzetski (Michele); and two great grandchildren, Anna and Peter Nordstrom, as well as his long time companion, Elsa Kolve.
