Wednesday, May 8
At 7:25 a.m., a resident reported finding a bald eagle carcass on West Beach.
At 9:27 a.m., a caller reported that two dogs were fighting and stuck together at the collar on Whidbey Shores Road.
At 10:22 a.m., a woman on Wonn Road reported being bitten by a dog.
At 11:26 a.m., there was a report of two aggressive pit bulls charging people on Stephen Street.
Thursday, May 9
At 3:06 p.m., a caller reported that an inflatable structure was stolen from a truck on Cedar Cove Lane.
Friday, May 10
At 5:02 p.m., a caller reported that a subject ran over a dog on purpose and killed it on East Harbor Road, then posted about it on Facebook.
Saturday, May 11
At 2:43 a.m., a La Mesa Drive resident reported that a man was at the front door, crying.
At 5:41 a.m., a caller on Heller Road reported that her mother has been verbally abusive to her all her life and tried to kill her.
At 7:49 a.m., there was a report of someone sleeping in a sleeping bag in front of the Island County Housing Authority building.
At 8:09 a.m., a caller reported that three cars were broken into overnight on Schooner Lane. Four other people in the area also reported car prowls.
At 10:29 a.m., a burglary was reported at a home on Honeymoon Bay Road.
At 1:38 p.m., a Riepma Avenue resident reported that a neighbor was sitting in a car, playing loud music.
At 3:05 p.m., a resident reported that three vessels were in Deer Lake even though it was posted as “no boats allowed.”
At 5:11 p.m., a caller reported that a man and a dog entered a home on Ridgeway Drive through the window.

At 7:24 a.m., a caller reported that a woman was screaming, swearing and throwing things on Moran Beach.
At 9:14 a.m., roaming chickens were reported on Ravenridge Drive.
At 1:23 p.m., a Leahy Drive resident reported that the legs of a neighbor’s lawn furniture were crossing over onto the caller’s property.
At 6:37 p.m., there was a report of a bike in the middle of Terry Road.
At 9:41 p.m., a caller reported that he was monitoring cameras on his West Beach Road property while he was away and saw people lighting off fireworks on his property.
Monday, May 13
At 4:12 a.m., a Heller Street resident reported someone was in the kitchen.
At 11:42 a.m., a Surface Road resident reported having video of someone trespassing on his property and possibly dumping trash.
At 3:49 p.m., a burglary was reported on Garden Lane.
At 4:02 p.m., a loose chicken was reported on Walnut Way.
At 5 p.m., a Salal Street resident reported that a peacock took over her property.
At 5:09 p.m., a caller reported that someone stole a dinghy from his sailboat at Cornet Bay. The caller said the boat was found in Anacortes.
At 7:03 p.m., a Perkins Street resident reported that a cable salesperson walked into the house without permission.
At 8:06 p.m., a Bayview Road resident reported having “a thing going on” in his head.
Tuesday, May 14
At 8:43 a.m., a caller reported that a woman received explicit messages from a co-worker in the Freeland area.
At 10:13 a.m., a caller at a Highway 525 agency reported that someone broke into a van and siphoned gas from it.
At 12:59 p.m., a tax preparer reported that a client threatened to come into the business with a gun if tax forms weren’t completed.
At 3:55 p.m., a resident reported that a man at a bus stop on Heller Street was yelling “into the air” and threw a shirt on the ground.
At 8:22 p.m., a man reported that someone stole his wallet from a car on Humphrey Road.
At 11:07 p.m., a driver reported that a metal plate on Heller Street moved and uncovered a pothole.

At 8:43 a.m., there was a report of a dead seal on the beach at Double Bluff.
At 11:30 a.m., a caller on West Beach Road reported that someone was trying to take away her Social Security and put her to work in the fields.
