The Oak Harbor High School boys wrestling team placed 16th out of 20 teams at the Panther Classic Saturday, Jan. 11, in Snohomish.
The Wildcats scored 47.5 points; Tahoma took the team title with 179.
Jamal Graham was the only Oak Harbor wrestler to place, finishing second in the 132-pound division. Graham won three straight matches by decisions (17-2, 17-7 and 8-2) before losing 10-2 to Federal Way’s Michael Procter-Yates in the championship bout.
Oak Harbor (0-1, 2-1) wrestles a double-dual against host Everett (1-1, 5-1) and Snohomish (2-0, 5-0) at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16.
