The Oak Harbor High School swim and dive team placed fourth at the junior varsity championships Thursday, Feb. 6, at Marysville-Pilchuck High School.
The Wildcats scored 159 points. Lakes Stevens led the field of nine teams with 428.
Oak Harbor swimmers who scored team points in the meet by finishing in the top 16 are as follows:
Third: 200-yard medley relay (Kyle Huang, Cameron Hoppock, Charles Brooks, Austin Hoppock), 2:17.89; 400 freestyle relay (Brooks, Benjamin Roll, Kyle Guevera, Elias Thompson), 5:28.05; Cameron Hoppock, 100 butterfly, 1:13.35.
Sixth: 200 free relay (Cameron Hoppock, Austin Hoppock, Gage Powers, Samuel Noel), 2:09.23.
Seventh: Thompson, 100 breaststroke, 1:21.57.
10th: Huang, 200 individual medley, 3:01.27.
11th: Jacob Swanson, 100 freestyle, 1:02.4; Austin Hoppock, 500 freestyle, 7:53.53.
