Letter: We’re doing a far better here than Pennsylvania

Editor,

Moon Township, Penn.? An opinion letter to our local newspaper critical of the Langley mayor from Moon Township, Penn.?

The infection rate of Allegheny County, Penn., is the last to flatten in all of southwest Pennsylvania counties. I would suggest that the food people of Langley and South Whidbey continue to follow the suggestions and mandates of our local elected officials. Lest we become more like Moon Township, and likely increase our risks along with our distancing.

The question begs to be asked, “why is someone from Pennsylvania so up in arms about something little Langley is doing to protect our citizens?”

We are doing a better job here, in Langley and Washington state than they are doing in Moon Township and Pennsylvania.

What’s the fuss about? We’re alive and well and following the lead of those from our community that we elected into office. Carry on neighbors. We’re all doing a great job.
