Koetje contributions to go toward cancer fight

For every sale of a home that Oak Harbor’s Coldwell Banker Koetje Real Estate is involved with during October, the agent involved in the transaction will donate an amount from his or her commission to fight cancer.

For every sale of a home that Oak Harbor’s Coldwell Banker Koetje Real Estate is involved with during October, the agent involved in the transaction will donate an amount from his or her commission to fight cancer.

The donations will be made to Whidbey General Hospital and Island Hospital programs for their cancer-care clinics, Koetje Real Estate said in a prepared release this week.

The company will then match that donation.

The company will also make a donation to the “Not in Our House” breast cancer awareness and fundraising event for every new property it receives to manage in October.
