The eighth annual holiday tree lighting celebration will take place from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday on Pioneer Way in downtown Oak Harbor.
The tree lighting will take place at 6 p.m., just in time for Santa’s arrival. Caroling also begins at 6 p.m.
There will free horse drawn carriage rides along will tasty treats, hot cocoa and cider.
The event is sponsored by downtown merchants and the city of Oak Harbor.
