The Impaired Driving Impact Panel of Island County will present its next North Whidbey DUI/Underage Drinking prevention panel on Tuesday at the conference room down the hall from the Oak Harbor Library. Arrive by 6:45 p.m. to assure a seat. There is no late admittance.

The panels are required by local driving instructors for both driver’s education students and parents.
