The next North Whidbey DUI/Underage Drinking prevention panel will be held Wednesday, Feb. 8 in conference room 137, just down the hall from Oak Harbor Library.

The panel is open to all. Those attending should arrive no later than 6:45 p.m. to assure a seat. There will be no late admittance.
