Project manager Larry Cort will be the guest speaker Tuesday at the regular meeting of the U.S. Navy League Oak Harbor Council.

Cort will discuss the construction project underway on Pioneer Way in downtown Oak Harbor.

The Navy League holds it meetings the first Tuesday of each month at 11:30 a.m. at the Officer’s Club on Naval Air Station Whidbey Island.
