After a summer break the Oak Harbor Area Council of the Navy League will meet again Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at the Officers’ Club on Naval Air Station Whidbey Island.

Guest speaker will be Capt. John Radka, chief staff officer of Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing 10.
