The Impaired Driving Impact Panel of Island County will present its next North Whidbey DUI/Underage drinking prevention panel on Wednesday, Oct. 19.

The panel is open to all. Organizers suggest those interested in attending come by 6:45 p.m. to assure a seat. There will be no late admittance. The panel will be held in Conference Room 137 down the hall from Oak Harbor Library.

IDIPIC impaired driving panels are required by local driving instructors for both driver’s education students and their parents.
