A happy day for SADD club

Oak Harbor High School’s SADD club (Students Against Destructive Decisions) hosted another successful blood drive on Oct. 30. We registered a total of 95 donors, collected 74 pints of blood and had 57 first time donors join the Puget Sound blood program. Because one pint of blood can save up to three lives, our blood drive will help the lives of up to 222 patients in need of blood. This was another amazing turnout!

SADD club would like to thank all those who volunteered and thank the staff of OHHS for their support! We look forward to our next blood drive on Wednesday, May 12, 2010.
