Am I one of the only ones who notices a seeming increase in the number of drivers either on hand-held phones or looking down, maybe texting, while driving in town and on the highway?

In addition to this behavior being illegal and dangerous for everyone, studies show it can be comparable to driving under the influence.

This could be a source of easy income and safety for the local/state police jurisdictions — if the laws are enforced.
