In a time when everyone knows or has heard of through the media in the past year that thieves will steal copper and other metal wires right out of the ground, then why would one stack it like breakfast pancakes and serve it up to them?

Locking the gate at the Coupeville High School construction site would have been another “no brainer” but leaving it on display is like inviting a team of sumo wrestlers to an all-you-can-eat sushi bar.

Well there you have it, another prime example of common sense and someone dropping the ball shining through again.
